However, we would like to briefly introduce some practical aspects to illustrate the potential introduction of wisdom and the role of nestors (men and women) in education. In addition, we want to illustrate and suggest the possibilities of reintegration of older people into education and training. For far too long, we have had an artificial de facto elimination of the elderly from education and training.
