Exercise, Sport and Health
Research shows that those who voluntarily exercise regularly: for example being active in sports, have a much healthier Microbiome. This means that you have less intestinal inflammation, are less depressed, have less risk of being overweight! But the emphasis is on voluntary. When you move more actively, do sports for the sake of external encouragement, you get the opposite effect! After all, encouragement can lead to chronic stress, with an increase in pathogenic bacteria, etc... as a result.
