1.5 We see this nationalism in both its forms rapidly advancing and becoming more and more dominant in Europe, North and South America, the Middle East, Africa, Asia... Everywhere we see the tendency to or real extreme Racism in the wake of nationalism in its many forms. Both forms of nationalism, the social versus the liberal capitalist, are also developing all over the world. This is also the case in Flemish Belgium.
