Chaos
In Hesiod's Theogony, Chaos was the first thing to exist: "At first Chaos came to be" (or was) . Next (possibly out of Chaos) came Gaia and Tartarus: a place, far away, underground and "gloomy". Chaos is personised by Hesiod. He has three children: Erebus , Nyx and Eros. Gnostotheca 8418  |
