Rationalism is and was the view that: "Action should be based on certain knowledge and evidence. This is on universal principles that order empirical data (Kant)". In Pseudorationalism, self-interest and action in the service of this is the starting point. This is justified on the basis of sought principles, which are then proposed and promoted to certain knowledge, evidence, universal principles that guide the organization, society and activities including the legal. |
