Soy
Soy contains phytic acid, an antinutrient that reduces the absorption of zinc, iron, calcium and magnesium. This effect is only significant if you eat huge amounts of antinutrients in an unhealthy diet. Soybeans are high in protein and fat and very low in carbohydrates, but high in fiber. The proteins consist of all essential and non-essential amino acids, which is why it can be a good meat substitute.
